Parent Pathways

What is Parent Pathways?

The Parent Pathways Program is a voluntary preemployment service supporting parents who are the primary carers of children under six. The program empowers participants to develop employability skills, build confidence, and achieve their educational and career goals. It focuses on a strengths-based, participantcentred approach, helping parents balance caregiving with employment or education pathways.
