Big shoutout to Lincoln, who’s absolutely nailing it at his full-time work with Jim’s Fencing!
After finishing the Regional Trades Training Program at Tas TAFE, he put together a strong resume and landed a full-time role with Jim’s Group straight away. His previous work as a casual labourer helped him prepare for this next step, and now he’s thriving in the trade!
With the help of his Youth Coach, Madeline, and support from TtW, Lincoln got everything he needed, including the resources – from work gear to his driver’s license and resume help. Now, he’s proud to be working in a job he loves and building his future!
We’re excited to celebrate Lincoln’s success and the impact of TtW on young people’s lives.
