Our Youth Coach, Lena, couldn’t stop smiling as her participants, Matilda and Crystal, secured traineeships at child care centres.
Matilda and Crystal had very similar journeys with us in the Transition to Work program, which brought them together for this opportunity, and it is equally precious to them as they enjoy working with children.
They have recently graduated from Launch into Work’s Early Childhood Learning Program, finished work placements and are hitting the real-time work roasters.
