After completing her Certificate IV in Beauty at Tas TAFE, Isabella was ready to kick-start her career. Her dedication and talent were evident, but she just needed the right opportunity to shine. That’s when she teamed up with her Employment Coach, Eliza, through Workforce Australia Services.
Recognising her potential, Eliza connected her with Troublesmiths, our social enterprise, where Isabella gained invaluable hands-on experience in a retail setting and built the confidence she needed to thrive in the workplace.
Through this experience, Isabella sharpened her customer service and communication skills, giving her a competitive edge in the beauty industry.
Alongside this, Isabella worked closely with Eliza to personalise her resume and cover letters for beauty roles—always highlighting her strong skill set and determination. With a clear plan and newfound confidence, she aced her interviews, showcasing her versatility and professionalism.
Today, Isabella is proudly working as a beautician, achieving the career goal she’s always dreamed of!
