Balancing two jobs, Mikayla is excelling in her roles while she’s still focused on enhancing her career prospects by exploring study opportunities. For over 43 weeks, she has maintained a cleaning job with consistency, reliability and hard work. Recently, she took on a new position at Candy Kulture, where her employer, Toral, has already provided brilliant feedback.
Mikayla’s journey has been supported by our Transition to Work program. With the guidance of her Youth Coach, Jarrod, and the dedicated efforts of our Employer Services Officers, Imtiaz and Akshay, she has secured roles in her desired fields.
