In June 2022, Noah embarked on the journey to his dream job through Workforce Australia Employment Services – provided by Workskills Tasmania. With the guidance of his coach, Wendy from Rosny Workskills, Noah discovered his interest in working with machinery and cars in a full-time capacity. Our Employer Services Officer, Avril, then connected him with a wonderful opportunity at the Hobart Plant Hire.
Today, Noah has achieved his career goal and is successfully moving past the 12-month mark with the business. We’re proud of Noah’s journey and grateful for the collaboration between our team and exceptional employers like Hobart Plant Hire, who share our vision.
