After being on the Workforce Australia Online Services for a while, Peter felt he needed more personalised assistance. He took the initiative to walk into our office, seeking the required support. Ebony, our Workforce Australia Services Team Leader, quickly assisted Peter, recognising his interest in completing a traffic control ticket.
Our Employment Coach, Eliza, and the Activity Officer, Natasha, worked in tandem to ensure Peter had the resources and support he needed. This led to his successful completion of our pre-employment traffic control program immediately. They also facilitated Peter’s 20-hour work placement at Traffic Dynamix.
As a direct result of the program and his impressive performance, Peter secured employment with Traffic Dynamix. He has just commenced his new role, and Peter offered great feedback about his overall experience.
