Although the picture only shows Robbie with a big smile, holding his Cert III in Information and Technology from TasTAFE, we were all beaming with the same kind of joy behind the scenes. It was a challenging journey for Robbie to reach this point, as his mental health barriers had prevented him from completing the course twice before.
With the proper support, Robbie overcame these barriers this time and felt motivated to catch two different buses on his own to get to class. Along the way, he even made some new friends. Robbie was incredibly proud of his achievement and framed the certificate to go on his wall as a reminder of his accomplishment.
