Tyronne has been part of the Transition to Work program for the past ten months, with Elloise as his youth coach. Despite facing several barriers, Tyronne has exhibited rock-solid determination and improved his social, emotional, and economic circumstances. He has achieved many milestones, including acquiring his motorbike license, acing a security course, and securing part-time work in the security industry.
Tyronne has also found a stable living arrangement and is saving money for the future. He travels regularly from the South of Tasmania to Bridgewater for appointments, which is a testament to his strong bond with Elloise and the tremendous support provided by the program.
We would also like to give Tash from our Program Support team a big shout out for helping Tyronne access the security course and setting him up for a stellar career start.
Keep up the great work, Tyronne!
