Our recent Transition to Work – Youth Focus Group was a total blast!
To break the ice and get everyone’s creative juices flowing, we kicked things off with the super fun Spaghetti Towers activity. With about 12 minutes on the clock and limited resources at their disposal, our awesome participants worked their magic to build the tallest towers possible.
This not only helped warm up the group but also set the stage for a highly productive session where they provided invaluable feedback on the design of the Transition to Work program model, our sites, and communications.
