Let us introduce Richard, a participant of our Workforce Australia Services Program, who has embraced a career shift from hospitality to administration with guidance from his Employment coach Aneesh.
With over twenty years of experience in customer service and hospitality, he possesses excellent transferable skills, and he also recently upskilled himself with a Certification III in Business to switch industries into administration. This allowed our Employment Services Officer, Avril, to connect Richard with a part-time administration opportunity available at PSI Salamanca. Richard has comfortably landed a job as an administrator and the role aligns perfectly with his aspirations.
Richard’s journey exemplifies how a little support can drive a lifelong pursuit of excellence. We are incredibly proud of Richard and look forward to seeing where his enthusiasm for learning takes him.
