Olivia, one of our Transition to Work participants, has joined the Workskills Tasmania team!
Olivia has been a participant with us for some time now and firmly set her sight on getting full-time work within the administration. After many applications and completing administration Alffie courses, Olivia landed a traineeship at Workskills through our Support Centre. To add to the excitement, Olivia also obtained her provisional licence the same week!
Her coach, Elloise, played an instrumental role and supported her throughout the journey with appropriate guidance and expertise. Naturally, the latest development changes Elloise’s relationship with Olivia from a coach to a colleague, and she is ecstatic by the news.
As Olivia is about to complete her first week with us, join us in welcoming her to Workskills. She eagerly looks forward to embracing this opportunity and contributing her skills to our dynamic team.
