Through our close collaboration with Jobs Tasmania, we had the opportunity to assist those affected by the recent redundancies occurring at Betta Milk, and this is where we met Steven. He joined us through the ‘Early Access Initiative’, which allows eligible individuals and their spouses to receive support through Workforce Australia if they are subject to redundancy.
Steven has a wealth of skills and experience, and we assisted him in quickly enhancing those skills and re-entering the workforce seamlessly. Through our Learners Licence Assistance Program (LLAP), our team supported Steven in passing the theory component of his Heavy Rigid Licence upgrade, as well as providing the PPE he needed to start his new job at SRT Logistics.
We’re so proud to have played a role supporting Steven through a difficult time and wish him every success in his new role!
