Laura is all about combining her bubbly personality with a logical approach to life, which is helping her make some major career moves today! With the help of Workskills Tasmania, Laura is piecing together her career puzzle.
Laura had previously worked in the fast-paced medical industry and realised the environment was not for her. She talked to her Employment Coach, Wendy, about her desire to find a career that felt more authentic to her. Wendy suggested Laura take a Career Matcher Assessment to pinpoint her interests and personality. Based on the results and Laura’s circumstances, Wendy recommended exploring real estate or property management prospects.
Laura had also long envisioned entering that space but was unsure about its approach. With further assistance from Wendy, she has now enrolled in the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course offered by Harcourts Real Estate Training Centre.
We can’t wait to see where Laura’s journey takes her. When everything aligns as perfectly as it has for her, we know great things are on the horizon!
